Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end WFM design, forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation. You will partner with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.

The ideal candidate has deep WFM platform experience (Infor, UKG, Legion) and strong forecasting know-how, translating business needs into scalable, governed outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers and scheduling pain points.
• Design forecasting workflows and staffing plans with clear governance.
• Define scheduling design patterns and optimize constraints for business realities.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet needs and ensure end-to-end delivery.
