Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end scheduling and forecasting capabilities across demand, staffing, and scheduling. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to implement scalable WFM solutions.

The role requires deep experience configuring major WFM platforms, strong forecasting and scheduling expertise, and a track record of delivering in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions.
• 7+ years with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors and 3+ years in Agile environments.
• 3+ years demonstrating strong communication and leadership.
• 2+ years analytical problem solving and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs.
• Define forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns with governance.
• Partner with engineering to translate designs into configuration and builds.
• Define reporting needs and support adoption across HR, operations, and tech teams.
• Mentor and develop team members while driving timely delivery of enhancements.
