Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead end-to-end WFM design, forecasting and scheduling across demand and staffing plans. You will partner with stakeholders, product, engineering and vendors to configure and optimize enterprise WFM platforms.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on experience with WFM tools (Infor, UKG, Legion), strong forecasting and scheduling knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, governed

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
• 7+ years in WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• 2+ years analytical problem solving and scalable solutions.
• 2+ years growth mindset and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops to understand demand drivers, seasonality, and staffing needs.
• Design forecasting workflows and scheduling patterns to produce reliable plans.
• Define end‑to‑end configuration and deployment plans with vendors and engineering.
• Own functional delivery and ensure documentation and artifacts are maintained.
• Define reporting needs and drive adoption across HR, operations and tech.
