Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting design and delivery. You will own the functional lifecycle from demand forecasting to schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate has deep WFM platform experience (Infor, UKG, Legion), strong forecasting knowledge, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable, governable solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling experience.
• 7+ years experience with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion or similar.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver business outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years communication and stakeholder leadership skills to drive decisions.
• 2+ years analytical problem-solving and scalable solutions delivery.
• 2+ years growth mindset while developing self and others.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to capture demand drivers and staffing pain points.
• Drive fit-gap analysis and recommend functional approach with tradeoffs.
• Design forecasting workflows and operating model for demand and staffing plans.
• Define scheduling design patterns and ensure compliance.
• Establish guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and transparency.
• Partner with engineering to convert designs into configuration and build plans.
• Own functional delivery including configuration, extensions, reporting, automation.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, releases and documentation.
• Define reporting needs and partner on dashboards and operational reporting.
• Lead across HR, operations, and technology to drive alignment and adoption.
• Support training strategy and enablement for planners and schedulers.
