Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management (WFM) Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years working with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints).
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion or similar tools.
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years strong communication and stakeholder leadership skills.
• 2+ years analytical problem-solving and decision-making with scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers and scheduling pain points.
• Drive fit-gap analysis across vendor options and recommend the right functional approach.
• Design forecasting workflows and staffing models for reliable demand and plans.
• Define scheduling patterns and constraints aligned to business realities and compliance.
• Establish solution guardrails for accuracy, auditability, and transparency.
• Partner with engineering to translate designs into configuration and builds.
• Own functional delivery including configuration, customization, and reporting.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases.
