CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. This role partners closely with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors to own the end-to-end functional lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• Experience with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors and working in Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional strategy and design for WFM scheduling and forecasting.
• Configure and customize vendor applications and integration points.
• Define reporting needs and adoption strategies with stakeholders.
• Ensure governance, documentation, and end-to-end delivery of enhancements.
