Job summary

Chimes International Limited in Baltimore, MD is seeking a System Administrator WFM Scheduling (Finance) to manage staffing schedules and support the agency's workforce management systems. You will collaborate with managers to align staffing with operations and ensure data accuracy.

The role requires hands-on system support, configuration, and ongoing improvements, with partnership with Payroll and HR to maintain payroll accuracy.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with workforce management, scheduling, timekeeping, or related systems.
• Hands-on experience with system support, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Associate of Arts degree from an accredited college or university in special education or related field, with emphasis in Education Psychology, Social Science or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, maintain, and publish schedules for designated departments within the electronic scheduling system.
• Collaborate with department managers and leadership to address open shifts, vacancies, and staffing changes.
• Serve as SME for workforce management, scheduling, and timekeeping systems and provide user guidance.
