Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. This role owns the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation—partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience configuring WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion), deep forecasting

Qualifications

7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
7+ years with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
5+ years with enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors.
3+ years Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
3+ years communication and stakeholder leadership.
2+ years analytical problem-solving and scalable solutions.
2+ years growth mindset and developing self and others.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders to understand demand drivers, staffing strategies and scheduling pain points.
Define forecasting workflows and operating models to produce reliable demand and staffing plans.
Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs.
Drive end-to-end lifecycle for enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
Partner with engineering to translate designs into configuration and build plans.
