Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities. You will own the end-to-end functional lifecycle across demand forecasting, staffing plans, and schedule generation, partnering with stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on expertise configuring and optimizing WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion, etc.) and a strong fluency

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with deep expertise in forecasting, staffing, and scheduling.
• 7+ years' experience working with WFM scheduling constructs (rules, templates, shifts, optimization constraints) and forecasting concepts (demand modeling inputs, scenarios, overrides).
• 6+ years' experience configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years' experience with large enterprise WFM platforms such as Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities across demand forecasting, staffing plans and schedule generation.
• Define scheduling patterns, guardrails, and governance to ensure accuracy and auditability.
• Partner with engineering and vendors to convert functional designs into configurations and build plans; own end-to-end delivery.
• Define reporting needs and drive adoption of dashboards and operational reporting.
