Job summary

Chimes Delaware Brand is seeking a skilled Workforce Management Specialist to create and maintain staff schedules across departments using our electronic scheduling system. You will work closely with department managers to resolve open shifts, vacancies, and changes while serving as the system expert for timekeeping processes.

The role involves configuring workflows, supporting system users, and coordinating with Payroll and HR to ensure accurate records and payroll.

Qualifications

• Experience with workforce management, scheduling, and timekeeping systems.
• Hands-on experience with system support, troubleshooting, and process improvement.
• Ability to partner with payroll, HR, and operations to resolve system issues.

Responsibilities

• Create, edit, maintain, and publish schedules for designated departments within the electronic scheduling system per policies and staffing needs.
• Collaborate with managers to address open shifts, availability, vacancies, and changes across areas.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for scheduling and timekeeping systems and provide guidance to system users.
• Administer and maintain system configuration, scheduling structures, assignments, access, and workflows.
• Troubleshoot system issues with vendors and internal stakeholders, proposing improvements to increase accuracy and usability.
• Participate in cross-functional projects related to workforce management systems, including testing and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and training resources for consistent system use.
• Monitor data integrity and performance to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaborate with payroll and HR to resolve issues affecting records, scheduling, and payroll accuracy.
• Support temporary/contract staffing initiatives with system access and testing.
• Provide system support to leadership while daily staffing decisions remain with designated leaders.
• Assist in training new staff on the system.
