CVS Health is seeking a seasoned Workforce Management Techno-Functional Expert to lead enterprise-grade scheduling and labor forecasting capabilities in Hartford, CT. You will own the functional lifecycle from demand forecasting to schedule generation, partnering with business stakeholders, product, engineering, and vendors.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise configuring WFM platforms (Infor, UKG, Legion) and a deep understanding of forecasting and scheduling concepts to translate

Qualifications

• 7+ years delivering Workforce Management solutions with forecasting, staffing and scheduling.
• 7+ years with WFM scheduling constructs and forecasting concepts.
• 6+ years configuring, customizing, and debugging WFM solutions.
• 5+ years with large enterprise WFM platforms (Infor WFM/Workbrain, UKG, Legion).
• 3+ years partnering with SaaS vendors to deliver outcomes.
• 3+ years in Agile environments with change management and vendor negotiation.
• 3+ years of strong communication and stakeholder leadership.
• 2+ years analytical problem-solving and scalable solutions.
• 2+ years growth mindset and developing others.

Responsibilities

• Lead design of forecasting workflows and operating model to produce demand and staffing plans.
• Configure and customize vendor applications to meet business needs.
• Drive end-to-end lifecycle of enhancements, defects, and releases with proper documentation.
• Define scheduling design patterns and optimization constraints aligned with business realities.
