Job summary

Virtualite Business Process Outsourcing Services is seeking a client growth representative to remotely manage and expand a portfolio of client accounts across the United States. You will identify upsell opportunities and expand service lines while maintaining accurate forecasts in our CRM.

You will collaborate with onboarding and operations to ensure client success, build lasting relationships, and communicate effectively with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management or sales is a plus but not required.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and goal-driven.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in BPO, SaaS, or professional services preferred.
