Job summary

Actus Consulting Group in Hillsboro, Oregon, seeks a Wet Process and Applications Engineer to support integrated process development for advanced logic and memory devices, from lab development through fab implementation.

You will apply metrology techniques and design of experiments (DOE) to solve customer process challenges and develop solutions for high-volume manufacturing, with strong understanding of complex semiconductor processes.

Qualifications

• Three years of wet process engineering experience in a semiconductor environment.
• Strong knowledge of wet cleaning and wet etching processes.
• Ability to apply DOE and metrology to solve manufacturing challenges.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite process development engagements with customer R&D teams.
• Collaborate with partners and service engineers to define hardware and process needs.
• Develop and improve wet cleaning and wet etching applications for single-wafer and batch equipment.
• Conduct experiments to identify process solutions for customers.
• Prepare technical status reports for customers and management.
• Identify solutions addressing customer needs and communicate with engineering and sales teams.
• Support sales through regular customer meetings and technical reviews.
• Travel within the US and to Japan; travel is expected to be <10%.
