Pasona Inc. is seeking a Wet Process and Applications Engineer to support development, integration, and sales of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment in Hillsboro, Oregon.

The role requires technical leadership, project management, and coordination across cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions for customers. Qualifications

• 3+ years of wet process engineering in a device manufacturer or semiconductor equipment manufacturer.
• Understanding of wet clean and etching processes, process integration, and applications.
• Familiarity with single wafer tools is desirable.
• Full training provided from process and process experts.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential solutions for customer processing challenges in a lab setting.
• Lead onsite development engagements between the company and customer R&D teams.
• Collaborate with partners and service engineering to define future hardware and process requirements for Japan factory.
• Develop and improve cleaning and wet etching applications for advanced semiconductor devices.
• Prepare status reports for technical and executive management and customers.
• Communicate product solutions to customer engineering and sales teams.
