Qualifications

• Master’s degree with 4+ years semiconductor industry experience or Ph.D. with 2+ years
• Semiconductor processing or nanotechnology experience required
• Design of experiments and SPC experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead scientific research enabling manufacture of innovative device architectures
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments to meet engineering specifications
• Contribute to development of intellectual property
• Integrate steps necessary for manufacture of complex microprocessors
• Ramp to manufacturing volumes and transfer technology via Copy Exactly Methodology
