Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon is seeking a senior role to advance next-generation patterning within Logic Technology Development. You will partner with Process Integration, Manufacturing, Equipment Engineering, Yield/Defect Engineering, and suppliers to solve complex technical challenges and establish scalable systems for production.

A strong emphasis on onsite presence and cross-functional leadership is required.

Formación

• PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or semiconductor STEM field with relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of industry experience in a leading foundry or dry etch equipment supplier.

Responsabilidades

• Drive technology development for future technology and high-volume manufacturing; provide process integration and equipment solutions.
• Own development of next-generation patterning processes and qualification methodologies.
• Perform pathfinding activities to support process and hardware development for new equipment.
• Provide technical leadership for cross-functional problem solving; drive root cause and corrective actions.
