Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Oregon, seeks a Senior Wet Etch Manufacturing Development Engineer to bridge breakthrough technology development with high-volume manufacturing. You will lead design, development, and optimization of advanced wet etch processes, drive DOE, analytics, and equipment modifications to improve yield and efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, DOE/SPC experience, and cross-functional leadership to ramp technology from lab to factory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or related STEM field.
• 7+ years of semiconductor manufacturing, process development, or technology development experience.
• 1+ years of Design of Experiments (DOE) and statistical process control experience.
• 2+ years of experience with module integration across etch, deposition, CMP, or lithography.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, development, and optimization of sophisticated manufacturing processes.
• Drive parameter optimization, material selection, and system design to exceed functional requirements.
• Conduct feasibility studies using theoretical simulations and practical engineering methodologies.
• Enable innovative device architectures and high-volume production ramp.
• Drive complex problem-solving initiatives for defect reduction and yield improvement.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on critical enabling technologies.
