Job summary

Mech‑Mind Robotics is expanding its Western US leadership with a Sales Manager, full‑cycle enterprise sales.

Based in Arizona, Colorado, Utah, Oregon, or Washington, with remote engagement flexibility, you will own the entire sales lifecycle—from strategic territory planning and cold prospecting to technical solution design, negotiations, and deal closure across electronics, semiconductor, medical, OEMs, ODMs, logistics and system integrators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Technology, CS or related field.
• 5+ years full-cycle sales in industrial automation, machine vision, robotics or related tech.
• Proven ability to prospect and close independently in multinational environments.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss automation with engineers.
• Willingness to travel frequently across Western US.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute Western US territory strategy; manage full sales cycle from lead gen to closure.
• Hunt and close new business with electronics, semiconductor, medical, OEMs, ODMs, and integrators.
• Engage with engineering and operations to design customer-specific robotic solutions.
• Drive AOI and inline inspection opportunities with ROI focus.
• Expand key accounts and nurture strategic partnerships; align with internal teams.
