Job summary

FUJIFILM North America Corporation's Optical Devices Division is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Western Region, based in Southern California. You will develop and implement sales strategies for broadcast lens and cinema camera products, manage channels, and drive revenue.

You will travel to customer locations (approx. 25%), attend conferences, train partners, and provide feedback to product teams. This role balances strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of sales experience in the broadcast and cinema industry or a related field.
• Strong understanding of technical specifications and use cases of broadcast and cinema equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Ability to travel at least 25% to customer locations and events.
