BioRobotics is seeking a Territory Manager for Western New York to drive the commercial success of their robotic systems. This role involves expanding Aquablation therapy through developing strategic account plans and ensuring effective adoption in clinical settings.

The ideal candidate has over 5 years in OR-based medical device sales and a proven record of achieving quota. You will collaborate with Clinical teams and build relationships with surgeons, ensuring they realize the full value of our technology.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in OR-based medical devices sales.
• Proven success driving procedural adoption and quota attainment.
• Strong business acumen managing complex hospital selling environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead system launches and establish therapies as preferred options.
• Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through procedural volume growth.
