Daisy is seeking a Senior Property Manager to lead a portfolio of high-touch condo and co-op buildings in Westchester County, focusing on New Rochelle properties. You will act as the primary advisor to boards, shaping building operations, budgets, and capital projects while coordinating with Daisy teams for facilities, finance, compliance, and resident operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Westchester County condo/co-op property management experience.
• Directly with boards, residents, and high-touch buildings.
• Strong financial management for budgets, reserves, and capital planning.
• Experience managing capital projects and Local Law compliance when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary advisor and relationship owner for condo/co-op boards.
• Lead board meetings and provide strategic guidance on operations, budgets, and capital projects.
• Oversee day-to-day building performance across operations, staffing, vendors, and resident experience.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure execution across facilities, compliance, finance, and projects.
• Manage escalations and complex building issues with professional judgment.
• Review financials, support budgeting, and advise on financial and operational priorities.
• Ensure visibility and accountability across capital projects and local law compliance.
• Drive proactive communication and operational excellence across assigned buildings.
