The Senior Property Manager is the strategic and operational lead for a portfolio of high-touch condos and co-op buildings, with a focus on Westchester County properties (with a New Rochelle focus).
This person serves as the primary advisor to boards, owns the overall building experience, and ensures accountability across operations, financial performance, compliance, and capital projects. Unlike traditional models, they are supported by specialized Daisy teams (facilities, finance, compliance, resident operations, and project management), enabling them to focus on leadership, decision-making, and board-level advisory rather than administrative coordination.
This role offers a salary of $110K-$160K. Depending on experience and qualifications, along with equity, and a competitive benefits package.
