Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a Management Executive for Long Island to oversee premium condo/co-op portfolios with strong service standards. You will mentor AMEs, manage budgets, and collaborate with Boards, Finance, and Compliance to ensure governance and fiscal health.

Lead multi-site operations, coordinate vendor relations, and drive strategic initiatives while maintaining AKAM's service culture and timely communication with residents and boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years managing luxury residential or mixed-use buildings.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Proficient in property management systems and financial reporting.
• In-depth knowledge of NYC codes, compliance agencies, and labor environments.
• Excellent communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of complex condo/co-op buildings with premium service.
• Lead and develop Assistant Management Executives and enhance performance.
• Prepare annual evaluations and board materials; attend meetings as needed.
• Advise Boards and coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and Operations.
• Recommend qualified vendors and manage capital projects and contracts.
• Develop operating and capital budgets; monitor monthly financials and variances.
• Oversee charges via Yardi/AvidXchange; ensure accuracy and timely payments.
• Respond to resident/board concerns professionally with timely follow-up.
• Provide leadership to ensure consistent service quality and AKAM standards.
