Job summary

Metrie is seeking a Sales Manager based in our Phoenix, AZ office to lead the US West sales team. You will coach, develop, and motivate the team to drive sales results and margin growth while managing customer relationships and aligning with regional goals.

You will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work cross-functionally to execute annual business plans, budgets, and market initiatives. A strong emphasis on accountability and high-performance culture is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field required or valued.
• 3–5 years of leadership experience with a track record of driving results.
• Strong communication and collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Coach and develop team through structured performance feedback.
• Set clear expectations and manage accountability through reviews and action plans.
• Empower the team to develop selling capabilities across channels.
• Use CRM, forecasting, and data reporting to monitor performance and identify trends.
• Collaborate with Sales, Distribution and Manufacturing to align annual business plans.
• Set budgets and drive financial performance to meet quarterly/annual targets.
• Identify market opportunities and drive demand for Metrie-distributed products.
