Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire sales teams to achieve and surpass sales and margin targets
• Coach and elevate your team’s skills and performance through structured development and feedback
• Set clear expectations and drive accountability through performance reviews and corrective action
• Lead through empowerment—develop and enable your team’s selling capabilities
• Leverage CRM systems and forecasting tools to monitor performance and identify opportunities
• Collaborate with Sales, Distribution and Manufacturing to build and execute annual plans
• Set budgets and deliver consistent financial performance, meeting quarterly and annual targets
• Grow market share and influence buying decisions for Metrie‑distributed products
• Expand customer base and bring new products and go‑to‑market strategies to life
