Job summary

Omnitronics is seeking an experienced Land Mobile Radio (LMR) sales professional to own the Western US territory, drive the next stage of growth, and build a strong channel-led sales model with partners and end users.

Based in the Western United States, ideally near a major airport, you will cover Public Safety, Utilities and Transportation, prospect new opportunities, recruit and enable dealers, manage relationships, and travel to meetings and industry shows while reporting to the sales

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in LMR/radio industry.
• Knowledge of radio systems, dispatch consoles, RoIP or related tech.
• Track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to develop pipeline through channel partners and end users.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth across the US West Region with a channel-led model.
• Develop new opportunities, expand relationships, recruit and enable dealers.
• Engage end users across Public Safety, Utilities and Transportation.
• Manage complex deals with partners, customers and internal teams.
• Travel to customer meetings and industry events to close business.
