Job summary

ITW Welding is seeking a Welding District Sales Manager to lead growth in West Texas. You will build channel and end-user partnerships, deliver technical solutions, and manage account plans while traveling up to 50% to support distributors and customers.

The role emphasizes strategic collaboration, new business development, and strong presentation skills in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. Prior welding or industrial equipment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably with technical or industrial products
Familiarity with distribution channels or indirect sales models
Strong technical aptitude—welding or industrial equipment experience a plus
Proven ability to build account plans, manage sales pipelines, and convert leads
Effective communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Willingness to travel overnight up to 50% of the time
