Job summary

ITW Welding is hiring a Welding Commercial District Manager to drive growth across our Miller, Hobart and Smith brands. You will cultivate distributor partnerships and lead programs that increase market share in New Mexico and beyond.

You will develop strategic account plans, analyze market opportunities, and collaborate with the commercial Go-To-Market team to deliver measurable results in showroom and online channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years in sales or marketing, industrial products in fragmented retail.
• Ability to travel overnight up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow distributor accounts and market share.
• Identify growth opportunities in your area and align strategies.
• Build strong relationships with distributor leaders to drive ITW solutions.
• Lead sales meetings with distributors to discuss growth opportunities.
• Regularly report distributor progress and propose solutions.
• Protect existing sales and foster distributor loyalty.
• Collaborate with regional teams for monthly reviews.
