Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership in retail banking or multi-market leadership.
• Experience overseeing 100+ branches is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to grow deposits, relationships, revenue and market share.
• Demonstrated ability to lead de novo expansion and branch optimization.
• Willingness to travel across the West Territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead West Territory Retail Leaders and field organization with clear priorities and accountability.
• Drive quality relationship-household and deposit growth across established and new markets.
• Develop and defend business cases for investments and market-specific tactics.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Pricing and partner lines of business to remove obstacles.
• Foster a high-performing, inclusive leadership team and ensure risk discipline.
