KeyBank is seeking a Branch Manager in Woodinville, WA to lead a team in delivering exceptional client service and tailored financial solutions. You will coach staff, drive small business growth, and manage branch operations and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. You will engage with local businesses, develop COIs, and work toward branch goals through disciplined coaching and performance management, while ensuring staffing

Formación

• 3+ years experience in a sales capacity and leading a sales team (required).
• 3+ years small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations (required).
• Strong understanding of financial statements and concepts (required).
• Knowledge of consumer credit including loan-to-value, debt-to-income and credit reports (required).
• Ability to leverage Centers of Influence (COIs) to promote business (required).
• Experience influencing business partners (e.g., Investment Services, Mortgage, Business Banking) (required).
• Excellent communication and public speaking skills (required).

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach branch team to deliver outstanding client service and financial solutions.
• Engage in outside calling to small business clients and develop community networks.
• Grow business through retention, expansion, and new client acquisition.
• Ensure staff compliance with regulatory, security, and internal controls; manage branch operations.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and schedule branch personnel; ensure adequate staffing.
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance management to the team.
