Job summary

Green Revolution is seeking a Senior Territory Sales Manager for the Portland, OR area to lead retail sell-in and sell-through in the West Super Territory. You will drive distribution across WA, OR, CA and CO with emphasis on Washington and Oregon, while visiting strategic accounts nationwide.

You will manage the full sales cycle, partner with marketing on retail tools, and report progress to leadership. A field role with remote flexibility and significant travel awaits the right candidate.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7+ years of field sales experience in CPG, beverage, supplements or CBD.
• Proven track record selling into grocery, natural or pharmacy - ideally with West region relationships.
• Strong understanding of retail math, margins, promo planning and how to build a category story.
• Comfortable selling a regulated product and following clear compliance guidelines.
• Highly organized, self directed and motivated by new business development.

Responsibilities

• Build and refine a target list of priority chains and independents in WA, OR, CA and CO.
• Lead outreach to buyers and category managers at natural grocery, regional/national grocery, pharmacies, and wellness retailers.
• Secure line review meetings, present the Green Revolution story and close new distribution deals.
• Negotiate pricing, promo plans and introductory programs within guardrails.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed vendor agreements and opening orders.
• Coordinate samples, sell sheets, COAs and any compliance documentation for new accounts.
• Support store level execution from merchandising to shelf presence and pricing.
• Plan and execute in-store demos or staff trainings to drive trial and education.
• Track and report on doors opened, orders, reorders and promotion performance in CRM.
