KeyCorp in Seattle seeks a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, deliver exceptional client service, and grow small business relationships within the local community. You will coach, develop, and motivate staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive the Branch Playbook to meet targets.

This role requires proven sales leadership, experience with small business deposits/credit, strong financial acumen, and excellent public speaking. Notary license preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years Experience in a sales capacity with a demonstrated ability to lead and coach a successful sales team.
• 3+ years Demonstrated small business deposit/credit experience and familiarity with small business operations.
• Strong communication and public speaking skills; ability to influence partners.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach branch team to achieve activity, behavior, and outcome expectations.
• Develop COIs and networks in the community to identify referrals for small business clients.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and execution of branch operations tasks with proper controls.
• Staffing, onboarding, training, and scheduling to maintain branch coverage.
