Job summary

PeopleReady is seeking a Territory Manager in Spokane, WA to lead day-to-day branch operations and drive revenue growth across the territory. This role oversees P&L, operational performance, safety culture, and staff development while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.

You will manage 2–7 staff, recruit locally, build customer relationships, expand accounts, and collaborate with sales to quote prices and win opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 4 years of professional experience with 2 years in management.
• Experience in staffing or a related field preferred.
• Proven leadership competencies.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory profit and loss (P&L).
• Monitor performance metrics and financial data.
• Oversee day-to-day operations.
• Lead hiring, scheduling, and staff development.
• Travel to customer sites for sales and safety needs.
• Retain and expand existing customer accounts.
• Create price quotes for prospective customers.
• Understand local market conditions and support sales opportunities.
