Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Regional Retail Leader to oversee performance and environment for retail branches within a defined region. You will lead regional management teams to execute the Branch Playbook, drive profitability, and ensure a culture of coaching and development across Consumer Banking, Middle Market, and other lines of business.

The role requires 7+ years of retail banking leadership, a strong track record in driving revenue, and the ability to partner across divisions to differentiate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field is required.
• Master's Degree in Business or related field is preferred.
• 7+ years of Retail banking leadership experience across multiple geographic areas is required.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, coach and champion a successful sales team.
• Strong financial and business acumen with results-driven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team of Area Sales Leaders and Market Retail Leaders to execute the relationship model and deliver a differentiated client experience.
• Develops market strategies, enhances sales effectiveness, and implements a disciplined, risk-focused sales culture.
• Partners with other banking leadership to develop and execute strategies for higher returns and growth across markets.
• Leads execution of market strategies, coaching, and performance management across the region.
• Ensures sales processes are followed with effective coaching and continuous improvement.
• Promotes customer-centric service and cross-sell across lines of business.
• Drives talent pipeline, recruitment, development, and pay-for-performance culture.
• Maintains compliance with risk and conduct standards.
