Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Region Technology Lead to liaison between the field, vendors and corporate IT for the West Region. Eligible locations include Phoenix and other West hubs, with travel up to 60% to support deployments and account openings.

The role requires 5–7 years in hospitality tech, strong project management, and excellent communication. You will lead technology mobilizations, manage regional projects and ensure high-quality customer service across regions.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience with progression of responsibility in hospitality and POS solutions.
• Strong analysis, organization, communications, interpersonal, and project management skills.
• Excellent decision‑making and proactive problem solving.
• Experience with hospitality customer technologies is required.
• Knowledge of ITIL practices and ServiceNow is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Regional IT and Field Service Directors to maintain customer satisfaction by resolving issues with Technical Support teams.
• Collaborate with Account and Support teams to ensure professional handling, timely communications and resolution of requests.
• Lead technology mobilizations for new accounts and decommissioning for departing accounts, potentially across regions.
• Manage projects assigned by Field Service Director, guided by Regional IT Director and regional leadership.
• Monitor deployments, keep projects on task and on time, and communicate status to stakeholders.
