Qualifications

• Five to seven years of progressive responsibility with hospitality and POS solutions.
• Strong analysis, organization, communications, interpersonal skills, and project management are essential.
• Solid proactive decision‑making skills are required.
• Experience with hospitality customer technologies is required.
• Excellent analytic skills, knowledge of ITIL practices and ServiceNow software.
• Ability to travel up to 60%.

Responsibilities

• Supports regional IT and Field Service Directors, resolving issues with Technical Support.
• Collaborates with Account and Support teams to ensure timely, professional handling and resolution of requests.
• Follows up with staff to ensure incidents are resolved and communications are complete.
• Leads technology mobilizations for new accounts and decommissioning for departing accounts, including cross-region work.
• Manages projects assigned by the Field Service Director with input from regional leadership.
• Participates in deployments to keep projects on task and on time; communicates status ahead of issues.
