Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of facilities and maintenance experience.
• Experience with POM management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Facilities Management Certification such as CPMM or equivalent preferred.
• CMMS systems experience preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years mentoring and developing direct reports preferred.
• Demonstrates integrity and business maturity.
• Prior P&L experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Maintenance Manager activities for a regional client hotel portfolio, leading operations in the absence of the Maintenance Manager.
• Manage a vendor network and/or Aramark technicians to fulfill work requests across locations within a region.
• Ensure compliance with contract obligations, timeliness, quality of service, client satisfaction and budget results.
• Participate in development and oversight of budgets for accounts.
• Establish and maintain communications with client, vendors, and facilities management.
• Use EcoBPM CMMS and client CMMS to support operations and close work orders within SLAs.
• Analyze and act on business metrics.
• Train and develop Maintenance Managers and staff to improve performance.
