The ideal candidate has extensive B2B services sales experience, strong team leadership, and a track record in strategic account development, preferably within corporate dining or related services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of B2B sales experience in a services business.
• Experience managing a sales team and guiding strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of business development professionals.
• Develop and implement growth strategies for Workplace Hospitality.
• Collaborate with sales, client leaders and regional operations to grow existing accounts and source new business.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities across services and solutions.
• Coach team to achieve sales targets using data and dashboards.
