Job summary

RATIONAL USA is seeking a Regional Technical Service Manager to lead monthly training for service partners, handle escalated issues, and provide field support across the West region. This role represents the company professionally and ensures equipment reliability.

The ideal candidate will have electronics education, training experience, and the willingness to travel extensively, including overnight stays, with a Northeast US residency preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Electronics or equivalent experience.
• Experience in technical support or training roles.
• Experience with commercial foodservice equipment or HVAC.
• Willingness to travel frequently (ground/air) and overnight stays.
• Residence in the Northeast United States near a major airport.

Responsibilities

• Deliver monthly technical training sessions to service partners across the region.
• Manage escalated technical issues and provide ongoing support to technical team.
• Perform field visits with regional technicians to resolve problems.
• Collaborate with RSOM to assess knowledge of RSPs.
• Support sales and regional managers with technical insights.
