Job summary

Edwards Signaling in the West is seeking a Regional Specification Sales Specialist to drive new specifications with specifiers, engineering firms, and key decision makers across the West region. This remote, full-time role requires a hunter mentality, strong technical acumen, and the ability to travel up to 75% to visit customers and participate in industry events.

You will become the Edwards Signaling product expert, develop regional opportunities, and work closely with regional sales managers

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in specification sales.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new specification sales across the West by building relationships with specifiers and engineers.
• Develop and manage a regional opportunity pipeline, targeting new projects.
• Become a product expert and train others on Edwards Signaling solutions.
• Cultivate direct and OEM opportunities, coordinating with partners and RSMs.
• Travel up to 75% to visit customers, trade shows, and local teams.
