Stego Industries seeks a Specifications Sales Account Executive to influence and secure specifications for Stego brands across projects in the West region. The role emphasizes collaboration with design professionals and cross-functional teams to position Stego as the standard in architecture and construction.

The candidate will lead seminars, engage with architects/engineers, and manage opportunities through Stego's CRM, driving growth and brand loyalty within a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales or design fields.
• Minimum 3 years of architectural sales experience.
• 5+ years of sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of profitability and market growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic plans to win specifications for Stego products.
• Engage with architects, engineers, and consultants with technical support.
• Create demand and strengthen Stego brand in design/construction communities.
• Conduct seminars/webinars and meetings with firms using virtual and in-person formats.
• Identify and track construction projects with potential for Stego.
• Collaborate with lead generation and sales teams to nurture opportunities.
• Utilize CRM to manage specification activities and engagements.
