Job summary

Stego is seeking a Specifications Sales Account Executive to influence and secure specifications across customer accounts and construction opportunities within the West Region. You’ll engage with architects and engineers, deliver technical seminars, and drive brand loyalty while collaborating with sales teams to maximize pull-through.

The role requires 3+ years architectural sales experience, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and strong communication with a hybrid home office setup in the West

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (required).
• Minimum of 3 years architectural sales experience (required).
• 5+ years of sales experience (preferred).
• Construction, manufacturing, design, or technical experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans to promote Stego products.
• Engage with design professionals and provide specification services.
• Create demand and strengthen brand presence in design/construction communities.
• Conduct seminars/webinars and meetings with architecture/engineering firms.
• Identify and track construction projects and accounts with potential for Stego products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to nurture relationships and opportunities.
