Job summary

Pall Corporation is seeking a Regional Sales Manager–West to lead the Food & Beverage sales team across the Western United States. You will drive profitable growth, coach a field team, and strengthen customer relationships from Texas to California.

Responsibilities include territory and key-account planning, complex negotiations, and collaboration with engineering, marketing, service, and supply chain to deliver customer solutions and optimize performance. Travel ~50-60%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 8 years of B2B sales with technical products, industrial equipment, or manufacturing solutions.
• Direct sales management experience overseeing field sales teams.
• Experience managing multi-state territories with orders, revenue, and sales targets.
• Experience developing and executing territory plans, strategic account plans, and sales growth initiatives.
• Experience using Salesforce for opportunity management, pipeline tracking, and sales forecasting.
• Experience managing technical sales processes and commercial negotiations with manufacturing, engineering, operations, or procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a geographically dispersed team of field sales representatives, establishing clear performance expectations and driving accountability for results.
• Deliver regional orders, revenue, and profitability objectives through effective territory management, customer retention, and execution of commercial growth initiatives.
• Drive new customer acquisition, competitive conversions, market-share expansion, and growth of recurring consumables business.
• Maintain a strong field presence through joint customer visits, strategic account engagement, and ongoing coaching to improve sales effectiveness.
• Lead regional funnel management, opportunity qualification, forecasting, and sales activity reviews to ensure pipeline quality and predictable commercial performance.
• Develop and execute territory and key-account strategies, including complex commercial negotiations and initiatives to expand customer relationships.
• Collaborate with Applications Engineering, Systems Sales, Marketing, Service, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to deliver customer solutions and resolve commercial challenges.
