Job summary

Stella-Jones is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Utility Products Division. This home-based role covers Oregon and Washington with up to 50% travel and a company vehicle provided.

The RSM will manage accounts, develop business plans, and stay ahead of market pricing and competition. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of B2B outside sales, experience with utilities/industrial customers, and SAP/Power BI familiarity.

Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of B2B outside sales experience required.
• Sales to utilities and/or other industrial customers highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• SAP and/or Power BI experience preferred.
• Ability to travel frequently as required by the role (up to 50%).

Responsibilities

• Analyzes customer/competition situations and generates specific plans that will achieve objectives.
• Maintains an active role in understanding the regional market pricing and competitive outlook.
• Continually identifies and captures lower cost, higher service options to meet customer needs.
• Understands leverage of volume as well as price increase strategy.
• Maintains a sales forecasting capability to enable scheduling, service, and budgeting.
