Job summary

H. T. PROF Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast to drive sales growth for municipal valves and related equipment. Expect leadership of reps, engagement with engineers, and collaboration with internal teams to win specifications and profitable projects.

The role emphasizes strategic territory management, technical selling, and robust forecasting while maintaining strong relationships with municipalities, utilities, and distributors. Occasional travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years in sales or technical sales in municipal water/wastewater, valve/ equipment preferred.
• Experience managing manufacturers’ reps and knowledge of municipal project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Execute regional sales strategy to hit revenue, market share, and margin targets.
• Manage and train a network of manufacturer's reps; track performance.
• Influence specifications by engaging consulting engineers and municipal end users.
• Lead product presentations, trainings, and technical sessions for engineers and reps.
• Provide front-line application engineering and support with internal teams.
• Identify and manage opportunities from qualification to award.
• Forecast and maintain opportunity data in Salesforce.
