Job summary

3M is seeking a Regional Utility Sales Professional for the Midwest to drive profitable sales and develop territory plans across KS, MO, OK, AR, and TN. You will build relationships with customers, distributors and internal teams to meet growth objectives, while managing a diverse portfolio of power utility products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and two (2) years direct sales OR electric utility industry experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Associate's degree (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment.
• Current, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitable sales for the power utility business in the assigned territory.
• Develop, implement, and execute effective territory business plans.
• Prioritize end customers, markets, and distributors to drive territory management.
• Implement promotions and directives as set by division management.
• Collaborate across other power utility territories and within other 3M EMD Divisions to meet customer needs.
