Joggy Inc. is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager, West to own regional revenue, distribution growth, and retail execution across California and priority Western markets.

You will grow existing accounts, open new retail doors, and lead distributor and broker performance across natural, conventional, specialty, and independent grocery channels. Collaborating with UNFI, KeHE, broadline, and DSD partners, you'll drive authorizations to shelves, manage joint business plans, promotions, and trade spend

Qualifications

• 7+ years in CPG sales, beverage experience preferred.
• 3+ years managing distributors or brokers or leading regional sales.
• Experience with UNFI, KeHE, broadline, and DSD distribution.
• Knowledge of Western U.S. retail landscape and regional accounts.
• Proven results owning revenue targets and growing distribution.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional sales plan tied to revenue and velocity targets.
• Grow existing accounts, open new retail doors, and lead distributor/broker performance.
• Lead regional relationships with UNFI, KeHE, broadline, and DSD partners.
• Manage trade spend budgets and measure promotional ROI.
• Forecast sales and maintain a regional forecast for the national roll-up.
• Submit weekly sales updates and review results with leadership.
