Trilliant Food & Nutrition, LLC is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the West coast to drive revenue with key account support and distributor networks. This role requires building strong retailer relationships, prospecting new opportunities, and executing the commercial strategy across grocery/retail channels.

You will negotiate trade, manage pricing initiatives, and coordinate field execution to hit volume and profitability targets while traveling 40–50% to customer sites and the Trilliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and 10+ years of progressive sales experience in CPG.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% to customers and HQ.
• 10+ years in sales with at least 4–5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Detail oriented with strong knowledge of coffee and nutrition categories for retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and drive sales revenue, promotions, distribution, and pricing across key accounts.
• Develop account plans and budgets; prepare reviews and communicate effectively.
• Build relationships with retailers and cater to each account to grow market share.
• Lead meetings with buyers to sell-in new products, programs, and promotions.
• Coordinate with retailers, distributors, and brokers to align with company goals.
• Forecast with Supply Chain and align with sales trends and seasonality.
• Perform administrative tasks including expense reports and trackers.
