Job summary

Genmab is seeking a Regional Business Director to oversee hematology sales within its US Oncology organization for the West region (CA, OR, WA, NV, UT, ID, HI). You will lead a team of Oncology Account Managers and implement value-based selling strategies.

The role requires strategic planning, strong leadership, and collaboration with alliance partners to achieve regional targets while ensuring compliance and high-quality customer engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 8 years pharma/biotech sales experience with at least 3 years in Oncology leadership
• Hematology experience preferred
