Job summary

Handa Pharma seeks a Regional Business Director, Oncology for the West region, remote in the United States. You will lead a team of Key Account Managers, drive strategic account plans, and ensure strong field execution to meet revenue targets.

You will partner with Market Access, Marketing, Legal, Regulatory and Medical to build regional strategies, manage resources, and develop executive relationships with key customers to support growth and the OMCAZIO launch in 2027.

Qualifications

• BS in a life sciences or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of people and industry leadership experience within Oncology/Urology strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of building sales teams and delivering revenue targets.
• Experience in selling an oncologic product and familiarity with buy-and-bill reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Key Account Managers within the West geography to align with regional objectives.
• Develop and execute regional account plans and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Drive and optimize formulary and pathway access at provider facilities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical, Market Access and Operations to execute the commercial strategy.
• Mentor and coach the team, manage budgets and CRM utilization.
• Build executive relationships with KOLs and C-level customers to drive growth.
